Here you will see photos of the properties I have available now. The inventory changes as these get sold and new ones become available, so check back weekly to see what's new. Typical configurations are 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, large living spaces, some with garages, some without, 4 bedroom homes are also available. Some of the homes are in community developments, some are in blocks that have other new construction and renovation projects all around, and some are scattered throughout neighborhoods that are experiencing new construction and revitalization very close by. Average wholesale prices range from the low to mid 200's, however, the retail values range from the high 200's to the low 300's.
